If we're going with him not having his mask on, there are some other oddities to him, as well: his huge nose and lopsided mouth, certainly, and a few sharp teeth visible when he speaks, but most obvious are his eyes. They're fully black, with no whites at all. That probably doesn't help with the unnerving aspects of him.

He does smile a bit, close-mouthed, as she circles him, watching her while moving his head only a little bit. "I'm Corwin," he tells her, pleasantly conversational, as if she might be a thinking being. "I'm still a bit new to the city, but I haven't seen very many foxes. I wonder if you're someone's lost pet-- I don't think a wild animal would come this close, especially not to me."
