Corwin takes a long few minutes to get to her, which is probably also nerve-wracking. He wasn't supposed to unplug for another hour, and he's both mildly confused and a bit bleary, for a flesh-machine. But he does show up at the side door, finally, the light flicking on and his face appearing to peer out the little window before he opens the door in confusion.
