There are good and terrible people, and most are somewhere in the middle. Sure, some people are less of a person than others, but she doesn't feel that that has much to do with how good or terrible they are as people. She's seen street samurai that were much better people than some completely unmodified Johnsons or security mages (she might also be biased here).
