There's a whirl of wind over Casper before things settle down entirely, and he'll be able to feel an utterly alien kind of magic - Lirisoir isn't kidding about belonging to the sky, and he'll be able to feel the drain that being away from it has had on the ghost's powers. Lirisoir himself is kind of silently adjusting, because someone else's body feels weird.
