At first glance, his hands seem normal enough. He's got claws, they're kind of furry...and there are scales on the back of them. One hand has green reptilian scales, while the other has the sort of yellowish scales one might expect to see on the feet of a bird of prey. "Seriously. It's hard to get the measurements right."

His hands look like they move okay; he's just that incompetent.
