There's a familiar face bustling cheerfully around the market that she might spot, whether lingering near-- but not too near-- the animal enclosures, or maybe poking at some reagents at one stall or another, or even holding a cup of something steaming and blowing on it to cool it off. The difference today, however, is that while he has his long coat and big boots and sunglasses hiding his eyes, he isn't wearing his hood, letting his wild hair hang out free down his back rather than messy around his face.
It makes it easier to see that there's actually a rip in the side of his face, like something cut him, only there's no blood that drips out. Instead, it's little black sparkles, like stars made out of darkness. He doesn't seem to notice it, much less feel pain from it, and he smiles at people as if it isn't even there. He doesn't notice Kitty at first, either. As far as he's aware, he only met her the once, on Halloween, so she doesn't stand out to him the way he might, to her.
Of course, being six and a half feet tall and then some helps with his "standing out", too.
