The path is basically the same as it was the first time; there's no evidence that anything changed, though some of the half-burned candles are a little lower and more melted, in spite of not having had flames in them either time Ryoji has passed through.

The cavern with the half-burned town is the same, too. However, there's no sign of Lirisoir at the church.
