"Possibly all of the above. Some people are selfish, but I'd like to think that most people are basically good. And if the person never legally existed... I guess you might get in trouble anyway? I'm not sure."

He's only studied so much of the legal stuff... he's not looking forward to it. But people sometimes need laws to tell them to do the right thing, as much as he hates to admit it.
