Hajime is not a fan of this guy. Walking into a shot once or twice, he can deal with. But this many times? The guy's made Hajime's list of annoying people. (Not that it is very hard to get onto this list.)

When the man steps onto the tracks, Hajime takes his opportunity to strike. There's a perfectly valid human conversational response to this. He will use it as he walks over to where the man is standing. "You shouldn't stand on the tracks. It's dangerous."
